Come and Play ....

Everything's a ok... Sesame Place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While we were in PA visiting nanny and PopPop we went to Sesame Place with Braidon and Taylor. We were so excited, we yelled for Zoe, Elmo, Big Bird, the Count .... We got to wear our Halloween costumes too. I was a lady bug and Avery was a chicken. We looked very cool.

As soon as we walked through the ticket gate we saw Cookie Monster! He was sooo BIG. Avery cried. Ok .... I cried too. But I quickly recovered and played on this big mountain and went down a really fast slide. We went trick or treating ... until Avery saw Ernie and Bert. More tears. Avery sad.

After all the tears, we went shopping! I got a Grover stuffed animal and Avery got Cookie Monster. We take them everywhere. Then we saw this really cool parade. All my friends from Sesame Street were dancing and singing. It was great. I sat with Baba and clapped my hands and sang. Avery held onto Mama and cried.

When it was time to leave Avery told Mama she had fun. She asked if we could come again. Go figure? I hope we come back. I had a great time.

Love, Sophie

Making Music

Over Columbus Day Weekend we went to Pennsylvania to visit our Great Nanny and PopPop. We stayed right scross the street at our cousin Taylor and Braidon's house and had all kinds of fun. Our favorite thing is to go over to Nanny and PopPop and play the piano and have a dance party. Here are some pictures...

Busy Little Girls

Now that Mama has gone back to work and we go to school, it seems like we are busier then ever. When we're not in school, we're always off and running to visiting friends and family. We went to our friend Autumn's birthday party, cheered for Ohio State, "Go Buckeyes!" and had many, many playdates.

Labor Day weekend our cousins came to visit from Pennsylvania. It was so much fun. Everyone stayed at our house. It was one big party- we even had a kids table! I (Avery) wasn't feeling well so we had to stay home for most of the weekend, but I did convince Mama to take us to the Children's Museum for a few hours.

We had a playdate with our China Girls group too. We saw Eva, and the twins Mary Rose and Karen Lee. We went to a farm and ran in a big maze made out of corn stocks. The corn reminded us of Mama's garden- we kept pointing and saying, "corn, corn". It was so tall! We also played in a pumpkin patch. Later, when it was time to take the group picture Sophie got to sit on top of a really big pumpkin. She was way up high. It was too scary for me.

Well, it's almost time for bed. All this fun has made me sleepy. Bye. Bye.
