First Day of School

Boy was school fun! I was so excited that getting up at 6:30am didn't slow me down. Avery and I got to wear our new pretty dresses with the cool work boots Nana bought us for school. Mama put our hair in pigtails and we were ready to go. I posed for Mama so she could take "First Day of School Pictures". Avery wasn't too happy, but I think that's because she wasn't really awake yet.

So off we go- piling into the car at 7:30. I yelled to Mama to turn on the "Beautiful" song and I sang all the way to school. Mama played the song 3x for me. I knew it was going to be a good day.

When we got to school we ran right over to the toys. I found a book and Avery found an Elmo doll. There were kids everywhere playing with toys! We found our new cubbies and put our bags away. When it was time for Mama to leave Avery started to cry. I felt bad- so I did a sympathy cry for her. I didn't want her to cry all by herself. Don't worry- it didn't last. We stopped as soon as Mama walked out the door.

During school, we sang Itsy Bitsy Spider and made spiders to hang on the wall. It was fun. We ate snack and took a nap. Don't tell Mama- I don't nap at home. Shhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! before you knew it, Mama was there and it was time to go home. I must admit I didn't want to go home. When Mama asked me I told her "No home." and "Yes, stay here." She told me I could come back tomorrow. I can't wait.

Meeting Our Florida Cousins

When Mama and BaBa packed us in the car for another adventure we were very excited. No napping for us! We spent the car ride playing with our Princess cell phones, reading our Care Bear books, and watching everything go by in the window. Mama even brought us bologna and cheese for the car ride- Yum!

We could tell that Mama was pretty excited too. She dressed us up real pretty and kept having us practice our cousin's names ( Abigail, Brian, Rebecca, Aunt Pauline). She kept telling us that our cousin Abigail was from China too. "China!"
We didn't really understand what she meant, but it was fun to say.

When we finally got to New Hampshire, there were a lot of new faces. We picked out Abby right away and decided that she would be fun to play with. We were fast friends. We dug in dirt, splashed in the lake, and ate ice cream together. Mama and BaBa said that we can go to Florida next summer to visit the Princesses and Abby.

Today we're pretty tired and going to bed soon. Here are some pictures from our fun day.
